Il offre de petites portes qu\u2019il convient d\u2019ouvrir pour appr\u00e9hender au mieux ce pays qui peut \u00eatre celui de merveilleuses d\u00e9couvertes gustatives. Mais quand l\u2019une d\u2019elles s\u2019entrouvre vers le pass\u00e9, proche ou lointain, c\u2019est d\u00e8s lors \u00e0 un voyage au creux de nos m\u00e9moires auquel nous sommes convi\u00e9s. C\u2019est l\u00e0, dans cet espace incertain que nous retrouvons l\u2019\u00e9motion des saveurs d\u2019antan. Et quand ce lieu s\u2019enrobe d\u2019images, s\u2019\u00e9toffe, la main se lib\u00e8re ; elle peint. Les mots r\u00e9sonnent alors d\u2019odeurs et de couleurs.
