Jos\u00e9 Bastos a \u00e9t\u00e9 le premier client de la maison. Dans cet espace calme, il a produit des coeurs en bois avec des inscriptions que nous pouvons dire philosophiques. Passer quelques instants avec Jos\u00e9, c\u2019\u00e9tait comme \u00eatre en pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un moine. Il n\u2019y avait pas de mots superficiels. Il trouvait souvent des significations cach\u00e9es dans les mots, cherchant du sens \u00e0 tout. Il est sorti du silence, mais il est rest\u00e9 silencieux : il y avait du silence dans ses mots. Le silence \u00e9tait toujours l\u00e0 donnant du rythme, harmonisant, nous permettant d\u2019entendre les \u00e9chos des mots.
