Je voudrais montrer comment ces trois termes, non seulement peuvent d\u00e9crire le fonctionnement intellectuel et\/ou relationnel de trois patientes1, mais \u00e9galement comment ils pourraient conceptualiser en partie, le ou les processus \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre en psychoth\u00e9rapie. La majorit\u00e9 des recherches r\u00e9centes \u00e0 ce sujet mettent en exergue trois objets d\u2019\u00e9tude : le pa- tient naturellement \u2014 son apparence, le psychoth\u00e9rapeute \u2014 sa position de transparence et, troisi\u00e8me point, ses \u00e9l\u00e9ments th\u00e9oriques, par exemple le sens des illusions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>\u00ab L\u2019apparence \u00bb du patient : Marie ou l\u2019identification d\u2019une th\u00e9orie profane<br><br>Les apparences sont souvent trompeuses. Elles ne servent qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u00e9guiser ce qu\u2019elles voulaient cacher, et ce faisant, remplissent l\u2019objectif inverse : montrer ce qu\u2019on aurait voulu qu\u2019elles taisent. Quand les patients se pr\u00e9sentent ainsi, la strat\u00e9gie clinique \u00e0 adopter me semble double : d\u2019une part identifier ce qui se cache sans le communiquer, et d\u2019autre part, laisser au patient la possibilit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9voiler. C\u2019est \u00e9galement ce que le jeu induit par les Matriochka repr\u00e9sente. La vignette clinique de Marie va essayer de le d\u00e9crire.
