Pour les anciens Grecs, les mythes \u00e9taient des faits historiques lointains. Ils \u00e9taient un socle pour une explication du monde, un rep\u00e8re aussi, sans doute, favorisant la coh\u00e9sion sociale. La religion \u00e9tait m\u00eal\u00e9e au quotidien.
Les mythes sont innombrables. Ils ont frapp\u00e9 nos imaginaires d\u2019enfant : Icare et sa dr\u00f4le de machine (l’air), Prom\u00e9th\u00e9e et son foie \u00e0 d\u00e9vorer (le feu), les Dana\u00efdes et leurs jarres (l\u2019eau), enfin Sisyphe, h\u00e9ros magnifique c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 par Camus.
Nous nous proposons un petit voyage \u00e0 travers les r\u00e9flexions d’Albert Camus, entre autres. Comment le mythe et la philosophie de vie qu’il nous enseigne peuvent-ils \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s en th\u00e9rapie dans le sens d’un \u00e9tayage existentiel ?
