Ces derniers ont consacr\u00e9 leur vie au d\u00e9passement des concepts de normalit\u00e9 et de diversit\u00e9, ainsi que de sant\u00e9 et de maladie, en luttant pendant trente ans afin d\u2019introduire une pens\u00e9e philosophique et id\u00e9ologique, et de promouvoir une nouvelle l\u00e9gislation dans ce domaine. Entre ouvertures et fermetures, ce processus complexe a entam\u00e9 de profondes transformations au niveau institutionnel, non sans r\u00e9sistances. Nous essayons ici de mettre en lumi\u00e8re quelques rep\u00e8res, entre d\u00e9rives et trajectoires, avec la perspective d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui.
