Apollinaire<\/em><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 8 d\u00e9cembre 1973, invit\u00e9 \u00e0 participer \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e dont les mat\u00e9riaux sont ici rassembl\u00e9s, je proposai aux d\u00e9bats des fragments d&rsquo;un manuscrit alors quasi achev\u00e9. Ce travail, qui contribuait \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration du colloque de Grenoble \u00ab Pour un urbanisme \u00bb (6-7 avril 1974) a paru en f\u00e9vrier dans \u00a0\u00bb La Nouvelle Critique , remarquablement pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 et illustr\u00e9 par R. D\u00e9roch\u00e9 et C.R. Dityvon.<br>Ma r\u00e9flexion est partie d&rsquo;une circonstance celui de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, a \u00e9t\u00e9 saisi du probl\u00e8me de l&rsquo;homme et la ville de fa\u00e7on percutante.<br>Dans la m\u00eame soir\u00e9e, le d\u00e9j\u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e8bre ensemble de \u00ab La Grande Borne \u00bb \u00e0 Grigny (Essonne) \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par son cr\u00e9ateur, l&rsquo;architecte E. Aillaud, puis mis en question sous le titre provocant \u00ab L&rsquo;enfer du d\u00e9cor \u00bb par B. Gesbert et J.
