L&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat qui \u00e9tait initialement purement s\u00e9miologique, s&rsquo;est progressivement transform\u00e9 en la recherche de moyens d&rsquo;expressions th\u00e9rapeutiques. Le pr\u00e9sent travail a d&rsquo;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 entrepris comme une mise au point pour essayer de retrouver, de mieux cerner les caract\u00e8res qui paraissent plus ou moins sp\u00e9cifiques aux grands syndromes psychopathologiques. Il est constitu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;analyse des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux influant sur l&rsquo;apparition des comportements cr\u00e9atifs des patients, et par l\u2019analyse des \u0153uvres produites spontan\u00e9ment lors de la maladie. Cette approche a servi depuis de base \u00e0 notre pratique d&rsquo;art-th\u00e9rapie, mais les \u0153uvres rapport\u00e9es ici ne sont pas issues de la pratique en atelier. Ainsi il devient possible de mieux percevoir les limites de ce type de m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;observation purement s\u00e9miologique.
