Il ne cr\u00e9e pas la musique mais exprime, par le dessin et par le conte, les affects, les images et les associations que l&rsquo;\u00e9coute musicale fait na\u00eetre en lui.<br>Outre l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat occupationnel, th\u00e9rapeutique et diagnostique, ces expressions du patient traduisent d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0en premi\u00e8re lecture\u201d une certaine conception du monde, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de l&rsquo;espace, du temps, des objets et des \u00eatres vivants, mais ont d&rsquo;une mani\u00e8re moins \u00e9vidente un contenu symbolique rendu peut-\u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement riche par la rencontre de trois formes majeures d&rsquo;expression artistique : musicale, graphique et litt\u00e9raire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left
